WHAT IS DUST SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS ?

Quarries,Cement Facilities,Concrete Plants, and similar operations are characterized with abundant amounts of dust surrounding the facilities due to the very nature of the operations.

A Dust Suppression System prevents the formation this dust, effectively blocking the dust arising from the operaions in a plant from being disseminated with wind and thus ,creating risks to environment and human health. It also protects the machinery in the place, thereby minimizing error proneness and maintance requirements.

WHY SHOULD A DUST SUPPRESSION SYSTEM BE INSTALLED ?

To protect the workers and the people living in the areas surrounding the facilities from dust in the air.
To prevent material loss by retaining usable fine particulate materials.
To minimize the risk of malfunction in the machinery caused by dust and the need for maintanence.

HOW DOES THE DUST SUPPRESSION SYSTEM WORK ?

Dust Suppression System employs the water pulverization technique to retain dust particles in the air. This pulverization technique allows much more concentration of dust with the usage of less water.

The nozzles of the Dust Suppresion Systems have been renovated by opening a matrix of 4 x 1 water channel to increase the concentration of the pulverization system and to expand the pulverization angle, which allowed minimal usage of water and air.Now it is possible to obtain high efficiency using small size air pressure tanks and compressors.

ADVANTAGE OF DUST SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS

Low installation and operation costs.

In Quarries about about 1-1,5 liter water is sufficient for crushing of 1 tons of stones for dust suppression purposes. The system feeds on 24 V power and this enhances worker and work safety.

Newly designed nozzle system provides much more concentrated pulverization with the 4x1 water channel , allowing the use of low capacity air pressure tanks and compressors.

Usage of low capacity air pressure tanks and compressors minimizes water and power consumption.Power connections are made using socketing with increased ease for maintanence.
